In Loving Memory of Our Founder

Ron opened Ron’s Toy Shop in 1991, blending his passion for cars and drag racing with a commitment to quality and community. He founded the Cruising Downtown car show and dedicated countless hours to volunteer work and education. Ron cherished his family above all and, since his passing in 2021, his legacy of kindness, craftsmanship, and generosity continues to guide everything we do.

President

Cheryl has been part of Ron’s Toy Shop since its founding, supporting the business alongside her husband, Ron. Though she’s no longer involved in daily operations, she continues to guide the company behind the scenes and ensure it stays true to its family values. Outside of work, Cheryl enjoys tending her koi fish, gardening, and spending sunny days in Venice, Florida—with Christmas Eve family gatherings being her favorite tradition.

Vice President of Sales

Matt oversees sales strategy and customer experience across our trailer division and retail operations. With a business background and nearly three decades at the shop, he’s grown our trailer offerings into one of the region’s most trusted programs—prioritizing value, availability, and the right fit for every customer.

Vice President of Operations

Brad leads day-to-day operations, quality control, and team development. A former Toyota master technician, he combines technical expertise with process-driven leadership to keep the shop running smoothly. Brad is also active in Manchester’s automotive community and the annual Cruising Downtown event.

Service Advisor & Parts Manager

With almost four decades in the automotive industry, Roger's expertise in tackling tough mechanical challenges is undeniable. Transitioning from years of hands-on car work, he now serves as the service advisor and parts manager for the trailer department. Outside of work, he pursues his hobbies of boating, cycling, and archery.

Sales Manager

With a foundation as a trained Chevy tech, Kyle joined Ron's Toy Shop in 2015 as a technician and has now taken on the role of sales department manager. His deep understanding of the trailer industry allows him to provide exceptional service to our customers. In his free time, he enjoys boating, camping, and enjoying Metallica with his family.

Service Advisor

Danni Favela brings over 20 years of automotive experience and an Associate’s Degree in Automotive Technology from Oklahoma City (2010) to Ron’s Toy Shop. Known for her professionalism and deep industry knowledge, she ensures every customer receives exceptional service and trusted advice. Outside of work, Danni enjoys beach trips, snowy adventures, and attending car shows as a true automotive enthusiast.

Automotive Technician

A GM and Corvette specialist with over 25 years of dealership experience, Derek excels in advanced diagnostics and performance tuning. A certified tuner and GM ASEP graduate, he’s passionate about turbo LS swaps and drag racing. Derek takes pride in representing Ron’s Toy Shop as Southern NH’s premier dealership alternative for Toyota and GM vehicles.

Automotive Technician

An Audi-trained technician and graduate of Manchester Community College, Conner brings a broad range of repair skills to Ron’s Toy Shop. He’s passionate about delivering dealership-level quality at an affordable price, ensuring every customer drives away with confidence. Outside of work, Conner enjoys camping, hiking, and boating on Lake Winnipesaukee.

Automotive Technician

Joshua MacCartney, a 2022 graduate of Universal Technical Institute, began his career working on boats alongside his uncle after discovering a passion for cars as a teenager. A lifelong powersports enthusiast, he’s always been drawn to engines and mechanics. Married to his wife, Izzy, since 2023, Joshua enjoys playing classic rock on his Les Paul guitar, hiking local trails, and camping deep in the woods during his free time.

Trailer Technician / Fabricator

Jeff is dedicated to keeping customers safe on the road and takes pride in educating them on proper trailer maintenance. His expertise includes preventive maintenance, fabrication, and custom repairs. Outside of work, Jeff serves as a volunteer lieutenant with the Francestown, NH Fire Department and enjoys spending his free time riding side-by-sides..
