What if I’m out of town and need help?

If you are more than 25 miles away from Ron's Toy Shop, simply call the Warranty Administrator at 1-800-452-NAPA (8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. EST, Mon–Fri). They will direct you to the nearest participating facility. You may even be eligible for towing or rental car benefits!

What do I need to keep?

To obtain warranty service, just keep a copy of your original repair order. It’s that simple.

What isn't covered?

While our warranty is extensive, it does not cover internal engine or transmission repairs, auto body/glass work, tires, or routine maintenance like oil changes and wiper blades. It also does not cover "wear and tear" or damage from misuse.
