Description

The CURT right angle ball mount is designed to be a more ergonomic towing solution. With the end of its shank angled, this ball mount inserts into the receiver tube of your trailer hitch much easier than a standard ball mount to get you hitched up and on your way faster. Comparable to our class 3 ball mounts, this CURT right angle ball mount features a 2″ x 2″ shank and can tow up to 7,500 lbs. of gross trailer weight and 750 lbs. of tongue weight. It is an excellent choice for towing most utility trailers, boat trailers, campers, livestock trailers and several types of recreational vehicle trailers, such as personal watercraft and ATV haulers (NOTE: Never exceed the lowest weight capacity of any towing component; i.e. the vehicle, hitch, trailer, etc).

This ball mount has a length of 10 1/4″, a drop of 2″ and a rise of 3/4″. The most common use for our right angle ball mounts is with our class 3 trailer hitches on full-size trucks and SUVs. Like most CURT ball mounts, right angle ball mounts are CNC-formed and robotically welded to be strong and well-fitted to your trailer hitch. Each one is also mechanically descaled to create the smoothest possible surface before applying a finish of gloss black powder coating. This durable coating allows these class 3 ball mounts to be a reliable addition to your arsenal of towing equipment.
